"Boy" tour - may 15, 1981. U2 perform in San Francisco, California at California Hall.
"October" tour - may 15, 1982. U2 perform on BBC TV on "Something Else" and later in the week on Get Set For Summer.
"The Joshua Tree" tour - may 15, 1987 - East Rutherford, NJ - Brenden Byrne Arena. Trip Through Your Wires twice because "the first time it sounded like crap", some Eddie Cochran, Spring Hill, and GLORIA in the encore.
"War" tour - may 15, 1993 U2 perform in Lisbon, Portugal at the Estadio Jose Alvalade.
"U2 attend Bill Graham's funeral in Dublin" - may 15, 1996. U2 take part in the funeral of Bill Graham in Dublin. Bono sings Leonard Cohen's "Tower Of Song" and is a pallbearer. Bono, the Edge, Gavin Friday, Niall Stokes, Liam Mackey and John Stephenson carried the coffin to the hearse. As everyone moved outside to the sunshine the undertakers brought out the wreaths, among them a message from Shane MacGowan and Victoria Darke: "Bill - sadly missed, deeply treasured." Another arrangement of white lilies and carnations said: "Dear, darling Bill, Sleep in Peace, I love You, Mum." Mr. Graham was buried at Fingal Cemetery in Balgriffin.
"Edge sings at BB King's club - Bono voices Elvis documentary" - may 15, 1997. The night after a concert in Memphis, U2 hang out at BB King's Blues Club. Club management tell local media that Bono left early due to pain from a sore throat, but Edge sticks around and sings "Stand By Me" with the house band. Earlier in the day, Bono records the narration to an hour-long documentary called "Elvis: From the Waist Up," which will air at a later date on the VH1 cable channel in the U.S.
"Elevation" tour - may 15, 2001 / Chicago, IL - United Center - PJ Harvey. '11 O'Clock Tick Tock' makes its tour debut tonight, but it takes the band two tries to get it right. That's followed by 'Out of Control', which is played for the first time since January 10, 1990. Edge wears blue shirt#21, this night.

If it doesn't work with us I am absolutely sure there are people waiting in the wings ready to take advantage of that and I would not underestimate it.
